Delivery is calculated at checkout and is dependent parcel destination location within Australia and total box weight.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be personalised and dispatched.

Once your order has left PS.Gifting, follow the standard Australian Post delivery guidelines or keep an eye on your tracking number. 

Delivery is calculated as follows:

• 0 - 3kg = $16.00
• 3.01 - 5kg = $19.00
• 5.01 and above = $21.00

We do not
offer returns and/or refunds. However, if there is a fault with your product, please kindly contact us via our get in touch form including the below information.

• a clear digital photographic image (1-2) of the product fault
• any other details to support above
