GIFTING & PACKAGING

Do you offer refunds?

We don’t offer refunds. However, if there is a fault with your product, please kindly contact us via our get in touch form and we’ll respond directly to help resolve the issue. 

Can I order more than one box at a time?

Absolutely! Simply add a Create Your Own or Curated Box to your cart each time.

Can I order different boxes for different delivery addresses?

No, not on the same order. You will have to create two separate orders due two different postal locations. 

Can I write a note for the recipient of the gift box?

Ofcourse! With each gift box, a PS Gifting Note card is included, where you can write a message.

We do however offer additional options such as Happy Birthday, Congratulations etc. if you are looking for something a little different!

How is each box packaged? 

Each gift box contains the following packaging:

  • kraft box
  • printed branded box sleeve
  • tissue paper and sticker

Each box is carefully wrapped and packged in to a mailer for shipping. All necessary care is taken to enjoy your gift both looks lovely, but arrives in good order.

What is the size of the gift box? 

We have two gift box sizes:

  • Medium: 236mm (l) X 324 (w) X 110mm (h)
  • Large: 315mm (l) X 456 (w) X 144mm (h)

PRICING & DELIVERY

Is delivery included in price? 

  • No, this is added at checkout and is dependent on location within Australia and box weight. (Australia-wide only) 

Can I deliver to two addresses in one order?

At the moment, we can only offer one delivery address per order. If you would like to deliver to two different addresses, we advise processing two separate orders.

Is packaging included in the price? 

Yes, all packaging, including the box, is included within the price.  

How long will my order take to arrive?

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be personalised and dispatched.

Once order has left PS. Gifting, follow the standard Australian Post delivery guidelines or keep an eye on your tracking number.  

Will the recipient need to sign for delivery?

Unfortunately this is based on your local Australian Post delivery service.

Where do you ship to?

Australia-wide only. We currently do not ship internationally, however we can consider this on an individual basis. Please contact us separately via our Get In Touch form.

What days do you operate/deliver? 

As we are an online business, we are able to receive orders on a daily basis.

However, these orders are only processed and shipped out accordingly to our delivery partners operating hours of Monday-Saturday, 9:00-17:00.

We suggest allowing 3-5 business days for dispatch of your order.

As my box is a gift, will it include any pricing and/or invoices within the box? 

No. All pricing and invoicing is strictly and confidentially sent to the buyer via email.

What payments do you accept? 

Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Union Pay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay & Eftpos.

Can I place a bulk order for peronsliased products only, no gifting?

Yes absolutely. If you would like to place an order for personalised items only (no gift boxes), contact us via contact page and we'll be in touch.
